ZEGNA X: Rewriting the Luxury Consumer Experience with Technology

Italian luxury fashion house Zegna has recently announced the official launch of ZEGNA X, the newly named digital ecosystem and customisation tool that is rewriting the future of luxury service.

Bridging the gap between physical stores and digital channels, the app features a state-of-the-art 3D style configurator which satisfies specific personal requirements 
from cut and colour, to styling, measurements, and material. The focus will be exclusively applied to the Luxury Leisurewear collection.    

Together with the brand’s “made to measure service”, a tool that allows customers to customise the fit, fabrics and finishing touches, ZEGNA X combines the best of art and science. Art is synonymous with the craft of tailors, who provide unmatched Italian expertise and taste. The science is made of 49 billion potential combinations of fits that can be custom made and delivered worldwide in less than four weeks.

Developed in collaboration with Shin Software, the ZEGNA X 3D configurator sets focus on luxury leisurewear clothing and shoes. Over 2,300 products will be available for personalisation and style advisors around the world will be able to contact their customers and suggest the best styling options, based on their individual tastes and preference.   

The ZEGNA X 3D Configurator In-Store Maxi Screen will be unveiled at ZEGNA’s Montenapoleone store in Milan during the Salone del Mobile in April, followed by a launch across key global stores worldwide.  Zegna X will officially launch in Thailand's official store on September 1, 2023. Tailoring will be launched by the end of this year and by 2024, consumers will be able to customise any look of the collection via zegna.com using their personal devices.
