Order up: Gordon Ramsay is bringing his burger empire to Phuket in a big way. Later this year, Gordon Ramsay Street Burger will officially open its Phuket flagship store at Tycoon Marché in Surin Beach, following the brand’s successful Thailand debut at Nextopia, Siam Paragon late last year. 

Expect indulgent ribs, loaded fries and juicy burgers stacked sky-high, with flavours worthy of Ramsay’s rare seal of approval: “Finally, some good food!” One standout you won’t want to miss is the signature Idiot Burger, inspired by the chef’s iconic meme. As for the lamb sauce? Still missing, but the burgers are definitely here to stay.

Exciting, yes – but not unexpected. Phuket has, in recent years, cemented its status as an international hotspot, welcoming repeat visitors from across the globe along with a growing number of long-term residents. With Gordon Ramsay’s name behind the launch, it is set to draw even more international attention and footfall.
