Begin with beef tartare à la Parisienne, served with confit egg yolk and classic garnish. Next, scallop carpaccio with beetroot, green apple gel, tarragon, pickles and pistachio, offering a delightful balance of sweet and sour flavours. For something more complex, grilled octopus with bell pepper hummus foam is an excellent choice, as is crispy duck and watermelon salad, served with hoisin dressing and toasted cashews. Cold cuts and cheeses are available to pair with your choice of wine. From the grill, steak frites café de Paris stands out, featuring 180g Australian wagyu striploin with french fries and homemade ketchup.
