Walking into Ox & Embers you are immediately greeted by a spacious, lux- urious American-style steakhouse interior. The atmosphere blends classic elegance with modern warmth, making it ideal for large group gatherings, business dinners or refined nights out. The restaurant specialises in Josper-grilled prime cuts and expertly crafted mixologist cocktails. The meal begins with impressive small bites. Ox & Ember royal uni toast is rich and indulgent, followed by chargrilled octopus and flavourful wagyu beef tacos, each offering a memorable start to the meal. Next, burrata with mixed tomatoes is refreshing and vibrant. Also on offer is an extensive seafood raw bar featuring premium options such as scallops, red prawns, Hokkaido uni and whole lobster. A standout is spaghetti aglio e olio royal, generously topped with fresh bafun uni, premium ikura, and succulent tiger prawn; simple yet luxurious. Ox & Embers presents an impressive selection of beef ranging from 200 grams to 1.5 kilograms, with recommended Australian black angus tomahawk, especially when paired with one of their four signature sauces: mushroom, truffle, mustard or black pepper. Sides include charcoal-smoked corn, Josper-grilled white asparagus, baby bell peppers, creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed baby spinach. An extensive wine list is available by glass and bottle.
