Big Fish is the signature restaurant of The Marriott Hotel Hua Hin, providing quality seafood and grilled prime cuts of meat. Located on the beach with expansive sea views and indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is beautifully designed with floor to ceiling glass windows allowing air conditioned comfort. Guests can select a pre-dinner cocktail from the wide selection of classics and there is an excellent selection of both new and old world wines to pair with dinner choices. The focus is Mediterranean style cuisine prepared with influences from Thailand, Japan and Korea to give each dish unique flavours and personality. A selection of quality cuts such as Japanese wagyu and Australian black angus beef cooked on a Josper grill to give that intense smoky crust while searing in the meat juices. Seafood is the hero in this restaurant however, with an outstanding selection of both local and imported fish and shellfish. Oscietra caviar, Hokkaido scallops, a selection of oysters from France stand alongside locally caught fish all prepared by the open kitchen and presented beautifully. ‘The Big Fish Tower’ is an ideal way for a party to enjoy fresh shellfish and sashimi served with mouth-watering condiments. For dessert, if your appetite permits, try quintuple chocolate brownie, or for something lighter tropical parfait.
