Here, casual dining shows careful technique, with each plate focused on flavour. The lounge mixes relaxed energy with subtle refinement, creating a post round experience where food and play complement each other naturally. Begin with tom yum fried chicken wings with crispy shallot and roasted chili mayo, perfectly crisp with the authentic flavour profile of tom yum packing a punch. Follow by mini wagyu burger sliders with high-quality beef paired with a dark, dulcet Kabayaki glaze, striking a rustic flavour full of depth. For mains, opt for fish and chips in an impossibly light beer batter, achieving a brittle exterior that yields perfectly to the fresh halibut and remoulade sauce. As for signatures try parmaham and prosciutto di parma pizza, topped with fresh rocket salad along with melted mozzarella and provolone, here even the dough deserves a mention. To refresh the palate, a glass of Chianti goes a long way, serving as the perfect transition to dessert. Finally, the unassuming star–tiramisu–reinvents this classic while retaining its original essence.
