Siam Yacht Club, situated close to the Chao Phraya River, offers a maritime-inspired setting, where every detail speaks of the sea. Nautical antiques, navy-blue accents and stripe motifs frame the space, while expansive river views set a serene backdrop. Menu focuses on modern European cuisine infused with traditional Asian influences. Starters begin lightly, with mussels prepared Dutch style cooked in white wine and vegetables to enhance the broth. Crispy fries are served alongside black garlic aioli, perfect for soaking up the rich, savoury liquid. Wagyu tartare draws inspiration from koi, a Southeast Asian salad, incorporating toasted rice and shallots for aroma and texture, and topped with Avruga caviar. A side of duck foie gras foam adds richness, to be combined with the tartare and enjoyed with a brioche. Linguine is cooked in a green-curry cream with green peas, finished with notes of ponzu and anchovy colatura, topped with half-cooked salmon and ikura, bringing balance to the richness of the curry. Main course presents three cuts of meat: Australian wagyu tenderloin, lamb rack and striploin. Accompaniments include creamed spinach and potato purée, finished with classic peppercorn sauce. Dessert is light and refreshing; coconut panna cotta served in a coconut shell, topped with tropical fruit salsa for a tangy contrast, with dry ice under the shell, creating a dramatic visual effect.
The restaurant offers an alcoholic beverage set at a great price from 5 pm to 8 pm.
