Fried Thai jumbo crab meatloaf accompanied with pineapple salsa and pickled shallots starts the meal, offering acidity and crunchy texture. An ice-cold summer roll with king prawn, accompanied by edible flowers and garden herbs, continues with refreshing lightness. A warm bowl of tom kha young coconut soup features gentle herbal notes, with its creamy coconut base highlighted by galangal and kaffir lime blending perfectly. Main courses feature grilled Australian Black Angus beef ribs, served with green curry and crispy roti skin, and a delicately oven-roasted snow- fish highlighted by smoked chilli.
