Food is an assortment of carb and acai based wholesome bowls, salads and pastry-led classics that are familiar but with sufficient twists to delight all, including the most ardent plant-based eaters. Kulture bowl, consisting of spicy miso sauce and a generous serving of tempeh, edamame, pumpkin, mixed greens, mushrooms, tomatoes, kimchi, quinoa and soba noodles is hearty and nutrient dense, while kale and tea leaf salad, purportedly inspired by the classic Burmese dish of fermented tea leaves, is handsomely adorned with sprinklings of dried cranberry, apricot and nuts.
