Chef Daniele Ferrari delivers a refined southern Italian seafood menu located on the 9th floor of Park Hyatt Bangkok with outdoor seating boasting views of the sky garden. The restaurant features an open kitchen and warm hospitality, with a menu curated around Catalan cuisine and fresh and seasonal ingredients. Begin your meal with a crudo bar, available in both single and sharing portions. Try red prawn or bluefin tuna tartare served with avocado, sweet chilli and garlic confit. Or opt for the chef’s selection of three or five crudo. Next, enjoy frittura la marina, a mix of fried calamari, prawns and soft-shell crab served with chilli aïoli. For pasta lovers, enjoy linguine all’astice, featuring linguine with Maine lobster, San Marzano tomato sauce, and lobster bisque. Signature dishes include la marina pizza, topped with tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, capers, anchovies, taggiasche olives, extra virgin olive oil and dried oregano. Catch of the day includes two side dishes of your choice and is available either oven-baked or in a sea-salt crust. Please note that this dish requires a 30-minute preparation time. For dessert, try sorbetto la marina, a signature homemade lemon sorbet. An appropriate selection of wine is available.
