Harit “Keng” Buayoi

Sunset Views and Open Spaces

“Where would I recommend? Maybe Chulalongkorn University Centenary park. I went there with Namping once, and we really enjoyed watching the sunset.

Napatsakorn “Namping” Pingmuang

Into the Blue

“I think an aquarium is a great choice. Going to the aquarium would be peaceful and relaxing.”

Achiraya “Ally” Nitibhon

Cute Workshops and DIY Finds

“I usually search for ‘workshops in Bangkok’ and see what cute activities are available,” she explains.

“I recently went to one with my friends where we made Italian charm bracelets together, so now I have one with my friend.”

Suppasit “Mew” Jongcheveevat

Trying Something New

“There’s one I recently tried called tufting. It involves using a carpet weaving gun, and it’s near Chulalongkorn University. I really enjoyed it.”

He adds, “I think carpet-making was once quite mainstream, but tufting art isn’t very common in Bangkok. What’s great about this place is that you can customise your design exactly the way you like. You start by drawing it on a digital pad, then the studio projects it onto the canvas, and you use a weaving gun to trace along the lines.”

Supha “Est” Sangaworawong

Cosy Corners and Quiet Galleries

“I think I might find a place to draw, maybe a small art studio or something like that. But if I want to appreciate art, I might go to a museum, like MOCA Bangkok.”

Apasra “Yoko” Lertprasert

Contemporary Art in the City

“One place that comes to mind is Bangkok Art and Culture Centre,” she says.  “The place showcases various forms of art.”

Kongthap “Peak” Puayheng

A New Creative Challenge

“I would choose making a ceramic bowl. I’ve never done it before, so I really want to try it. I would probably recommend it to you guys as well.”

Chayanit “Pat” Chansangavej

Expressive Performance Art

Pat enjoys exploring small theatres for art performances. “I like body and movement performances that express emotions through acting,” she shares. “I find that very interesting.”

Paphavarin “Pangjie” Sawasdiwech and Siriwalee “Mable” Siriwibool

Art, Exhibitions and Personal Expression

Mable recalls one exhibition that left a strong impression on her. “I really liked the Murakami flowers. They had an exhibition at River City, right? There were so many pieces there,” she says.

Pangjie suggests something more central. “If you’re looking for somewhere closer to the city, I’d recommend going to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre,” she shares.

Mable adds that creativity goes beyond galleries. “Spraying perfume is a kind of art as well. The perfume you like says a lot about your expression. Mine is rose and pear, which give off a refreshing vibe with a playful twist.”

Pangjie agrees, adding her own preference: “I like a more feminine style of perfume, something like coconut and peony.”
