Foodie’s Bucket List: 24 Iconic Foods to Try Before You Die
Wandering around the globe, try out the signature tastes of cultures across ...
Bangkokians crave their pizza as if each slice will heal their stressful days. A good slice fits every hour, from lazy afternoons to nights that stretch well past midnight. Across the city, skilled hands shape dough with care, while ovens work hard to deliver crust. Some places favour a crisp snap, others trust a soft edge, but flavour always comes first, bright tomato and cheese that melt just right.
Yet pizza holds another meaning for us. It invites sharing, even when a slice feels far too good to part with. This is food for friends and family, perfect for a quick bite or a long chat that drifts late.
This guide points to pizza spots worth a visit, places that respect the craft and keep the fun alive. One slice rarely feels enough.
A rooftop spot where fried pizza steals the show
Located on the 14th floor of Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, chef Amerigo Tito Sesti places pizza at the heart of the menu, with Antito’s Special Fried Pizza as a clear highlight. Baked and fried to golden perfection, the topping features caramelised onion, pancetta, Parmesan cheese and a light drizzle of balsamic vinegar. While the fried style may feel unexpected, the sweetness of the caramelised onion and the tangy balsamic keep the flavours fresh and balanced.

Other classics feature Pistachio Pesto and Mortadella, Calabrian ’nduja with creamy smoked ricotta and mozzarella, mushrooms and Italian sausage. The space itself pleases the eye, with pop art, bright colours and a playful design that adds energy to the dining experience.
