The first-ever collaboration between Koktail and Time Out brings together the spirit of street food with the flair of fine dining. Visitors can enjoy familiar favourites reimagined by talented chefs, alongside craft beers, cocktails, and live music.

Over 25 food booths from restaurants across Thailand showcase everything from classic Thai dishes to modern interpretations, each adding its own unique flavour. Taste Thailand’s best street eats under one roof, all for 100-200 THB, with free entry. Grab a drink from local Thai suppliers and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Around 300 restaurants featured in Koktail’s publication will be recognised, with awards presented to chefs and restaurant owners who have made an impact on the country’s culinary culture.

The evening is set to welcome over 800 invited guests, including leading figures in the hospitality industry. The atmosphere will be one of celebration and recognition, where the very best in Thai dining come together under one roof. Koktail Thailand Charity Dinner 2025

An exclusive evening for 100 VIP guests featuring 12 award-winning chefs, a fine dining menu, and a charity auction to support the Issarachon Foundation. From the farms, fields, and waters of Thailand, the dinner will transform your evening into a celebration of the nation’s bountiful produce.

This ticketed event offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a specially curated menu created by Thailand’s most respected chefs. Guests will experience a pre-dinner reception, followed by 11 courses designed to highlight the very best ingredients from across the country.
